All furniture and some accessories for sale in store or through www.relovedbyjo.co.uk  are pieces that have been preloved and therefore may have the odd scratch, sticky drawer or imperfection. Although I do my best to improve the functionality of these lovely pieces of furniture sometimes the fact that it is preloved furniture shows through. Personally I think a little imperfection adds to the character of the furniture, it’s nice to own something with a little bit of history.

 

If required, a piece will be treated for woodworm although I cannot guarantee to get rid of the little critters!

 

I will be honest within my description of each piece, however if you want perfection you may be prefer to buy new furniture however I hope you like a the handpainted and upcycled look of individual pieces and will stay and browse my site.

YOUR RELOVED PIECES

I’m sure you will love your furniture when it arrives and that it is a welcome addition to your home, however, if on occasion there is a problem with your order I would like to know about it so please email me at jo@relovedbyjo.co.uk. Should you need to return an item it must be in the same state as it was when you received it. Any obvious damage on arrival should be pointed out to the courier immediately. Please take photos. Postage and courier fees on return items will be your responsibility and will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty or not as described.

I use a high end courier service who specialise in moving antique pieces around the country so damage in transit is very limited. Please see our delivery options for more courier details. Should your goods be damaged in transit, please take photos and send them to me straight away.
